I’m approaching CX and curation with a beginner’s mindset. This isn’t a guru’s newsletter. It’s an exploration of ways that we can all better serve our customers. Curiosity also inspires us to listen to our customers and explore new possibilities.
Representation matters so I’m taking a deliberate approach to curation. I’ll highlight brands and voices outside of the usual ecommerce/Marketing Twitter bubbles.
